The development of most ICs suffers from certain flaws in its early stage. The Focused Ion Beam (FIB) circuit edit service not only provides IC designers with fast and direct IC circuit edit but also enables to insert signal capture points in complex circuits. The latter facilitates designers to directly observe IC internal signals with probe station or E-beam to cut the costs of IC (mask) re-making and prototype verification time.
