Denise is a strategic marketing executive who has worked in the life sciences industry for over 25 years.  She started her career at ConvaTec, a medical device company that Bristol Myers Squibb owned.  While there, she honed her passion for patients and doing what she could, as a marketer, to improve their lives and help them manage the disease they are living with.  After several years at ConvaTec, Denise moved to the pharmaceutical side of the business where she developed and implemented plans across several therapeutic areas within market access, operations, professional and consumer marketing. Denise’s experience includes multiple product and indication launches, brand marketing and omnichannel strategic planning within medical devices as well as several pharmaceutical products.

Her expertise includes segmentation, targeting and alignment, brand and therapeutic area positioning, advertising and multi-channel media campaign development, direct response advertising and CRM platform development, core message execution, contracting and pricing strategy development, market access strategy and institution program development.  Denise currently leads an incredibly talented worldwide team of omnichannel strategist who support Bristol Myers Squibb’s growth brands.  She is proud to lead this team and help the company achieve our vision of helping patients prevail over serious diseases.  Denise lives in Yardley, PA with her husband and adorable mixed breed pup, Maui.
