- The Coca-Cola Company’s Fanta brand has teamed up with Warner Bros. Pictures for a limited edition series of sodas inspired by the movie Beetlejuice Beetlejuice.
- The collaboration includes Beetlejuice flavored drinks, along with packaging for each of the main characters in the film.
- Flavors include Orange – Astrid (played by Jenna Ortega), Strawberry – Lydia Deetz (played by Winona Ryder), Pineapple – Delia Deetz (played by Catherine O’Hara), as well as Grape – Delores (played by Monica Bellucci), Lemon – Wolf Jackson (played by Willem Dafoe) and Strawberry Kiwi – Bob.
The iconic film Beetlejuice is returning with a sequel 36 years later, and Warner Bros has formed several brand collaborations to make sure that younger audiences are aware of the franchise.
The partnership with Fanta includes these new products, as well as a range of consumer activations in September and October. The limited-edition cans include a QR code that when scanned include prizes and experiences, including the chance to win tickets to the new movie. New experiences will be rolled out throughout the promotion period.In addition to this Fanta collaboration, Warner Bros has also established a presence for Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice on Roblox.
The Beetlejuice experience will connect with four of the top Roblox community-created experiences – Barry’s Prison Run, Carry a Friend,Escape a Running Head and The Floor is Lava – to connect with the broader Roblox audience. When a user’s journey ends in one of those experiences, they will have the opportunity to portal to the “Afterlife” directly from the other games. In a first for the platform, the experience includes an integrated virtual box office where users can purchase movie tickets.
